We are dedicated to make your shopping experience with us memorable. Please read through the T&Cs prior to making your orders. Your purchase of our merchandises and services would indicates that you have acknowledge, understood and agree to adhere to our T&Cs.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
As we are unable to amend orders after it has been placed, please check and confirm that your orders are accurate. For any cancellation of orders, there will be no cash refund. All refunds will be made in form of credit note which will valid for 180 days.
For urgent orders (within 12 hours), there will be additional $10 surcharge.
All payment must be made to POSB-SAVINGS 170-54157-0 within 24 hours after the orders have been submitted. You are required to submit a documentary proof to boxabear.sg@gmail.com for verification purposes. Once payment has been verified, we will prepare your items. Upon dispatching the items, we would email an Dispatch Notice to you. This would indicate that the product are under the responsibility of our third party courier providers and Boxabear shall not be held liable for any lost parcel.
PRODUCT
There may be slight differences in our products, in terms of colours and/or sizing. Photos on this site are only for illustrative purposes and might vary from actual product due to lighting etc. Therefore, such variance shall not be deem as a defect.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Upon mailing out of the items, you will have 5 days warranty for the items. You are responsible to verify that all items are in good conditions once you receive it. Boxabear shall not be liable for any claims (direct/indirect) arising from the merchandise purchased through our site. It is customer's due diligence to clarify if in doubt.
